One cubic yard is equal to 27 cubic feet. To help you picture this, the volume of two average-size washing machines is just over a cubic yard. Because of their shape, dumpster volume is calculated in cubic yards. Allow some extra space to account for gaps when loading.
1 cubic yard =
10 cubic yard
(11’L x 7.5’W x 4.0’H) is our smallest can. A 10yd is great for a bathroom renovation, or small cleanout that does not have bulky items, such as furniture.
15 cubic yard
(15’L x 7.5’W x 4.0’H) is an option for a full bathroom, or small kitchen renovation. Small cleanouts or moves can work as well.
20 cubic yard
(21’L x 7.5’W x 4.0’H) is for a more serious renovation or a moderate move with minimal furniture. These also work for garage cleanouts, and roofing jobs.
30 cubic yard
(21’L x 7.5’W x 6.0’H) is our largest dumpster. A 30yd is great for a large construction project, a cleanout, or a move from a home of 10 plus years.
